Grade 5 Spotlight - The POTATO OLYMPICS!
Our 5th graders brought creativity, teamwork, and global learning together for an unforgettable Potato Olympic Day. Each student created a potato athlete representing a different country, and researched important facts about their nation before the big competition. The "athletes" competed in five exciting Olympic events: Long Distance, Weightlifting, Breakdancing, Gymnastics, and Bowling. From impressive performances to lots of laughter, students had a blast combining research, creativity, and friendly competition into one memorable day of learning. We are so proud of the imagination and effort our 5th graders put into their projects!
