Carroll Elementary students had the privilege to work with visiting artist Aaron Pickens this month. This was made possible by a generous grant through Psi Iota Xi. The students learned to use an online program called Photopea, which very closely mirrors Adobe Photoshop, but it is free! 3rd-6th Grade designed their own digital cartoons, which can be viewed on this online gallery Aaron designed for us. Kindergarten-2nd Grade digitally colorized a cartoon animal of their choice, which they save to their devices.
